After & Before Care

Before-care is available from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and after-care is available from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Before Care Program – Supervised care is available from 7:30 a.m. until the regular summer program begins at 8:30 a.m. Students participating in this program should be dropped off at the ABC room in Alumni Hall, located directly off of 112th Street, parallel to the playground. It is the lower level classroom, facing the gravel parking lot, with the maroon awning.

After Care Program– This is an extended day program for students entering Pre-School through eighth grade. This program is a service to parents and is staffed by Morgan Park Academy summer faculty and counselors. Students participating in this program should be picked up at the ABC room in Alumni Hall, located directly off of 112th Street, parallel to the playground. It is the lower level classroom, facing the gravel parking lot, with the maroon awning.

The program begins the first day of summer school and extends through the entire six-week period. Students may be enrolled for two, four, or six weeks. Charges for After Care must be paid in advance.

Before Care: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

In respect for the After Care staff, we ask that parents make every effort to pick up children on time.

Please note there is a late charge of $3.00 for each minute after 6:00 P.M. Any accrued late charges must be paid each Friday of the program.

The After Care Program will meet in the ABC room in the lower level of Alumni Hall (located off of 112th Street, parallel to the playground, with the maroon awning). Students will be provided a snack, recess, and time to do crafts or play. Parents must pick up children directly from the ABC room in Alumni Hall and must sign them out.
